Due to the HeartBleed patches, there was a glitch in the firewall, which in turn blocked some of the ports that the DNS service needed to work properly. The server was scanned and rebooted, which restarted the firewall and resolved the issue. Thanks!

We'll be rebuilding the server and updating security, patches and applications. The process will take appx. one hour and we'll still have email capabilities. Effective March 1, 2011, we will be charging a minimum fee of $5.00 per month for each month in addition to the invoiced amount until the past due invoice is paid. After sixty (60) days of non-payment, the account will be suspended until payment is received. Thank you!

We have a new policy on hosting payment plans. If payment is over thirty (30) days two (2) consecutive months in a row, we have to retain alternate payment terms: pay annually vs. monthly. If you do not provide payment on time, you will lose account privileges and/or suspension of account. Thank you for your compliance!
